How VIP Works
- Qualification: VIP level is based on lifetime turnover.
- Downgrade Rule: If you do not reach the turnover requirement for your current level within 3 months, your VIP will be downgraded to the level matching your achieved turnover.
- Monthly Bonus Condition: Monthly Bonus can only be claimed if last month’s turnover reaches at least 50% of the turnover requirement of your current VIP level.
- Bonus Turnover: All VIP bonuses (Birthday, Monthly, Weekly Rescue) require 3× turnover before withdrawal.
